Has spent most of her life in the Fae realms and is venturing out into Human realm for a little exploration. Lily is like her names in some ways, and very far from it in other ways. She can be very blood thirsty, like all the Unseelie Fae can be at times. Dark, dangerous, and not the nicest when pissed. However, her outlook on life is lily white a lot of the times. For someone that's stained her hands with the blood of others she can be very cheerful and outgoing, and a lot of times will look for the good in others. This isn't to say she'll trust someone right off, because in her world that will be stupid. But she'll give them the rope to hang themself, if they don't all the better. If they do, well that's why she was careful in the first place.
On her title:
She's young, for her kind, to have an official title in court. Though it's a testament to how much power she truly has. She's held the title for the last hundred years. The reason for the title is that from a few scratches she can bleed someone dry, calling the blood out of them. For a full-blooded Fae, this won't kill them, just severely weaken them until they can recover from it. She can, however, kill mortal beings this way, and has when they've dared to cross paths with her or the Queen.
